Newt Gingrich is expected to wade back into the culture wars with a talk at the University of Georgia about the recent Iowa Supreme Court ruling legalizing gay marriage.

The former House speaker will be at UGA Tuesday for the final installment in a law school series he is teaching there on the judicial system.

Gingrich is being mentioned as a possible Republican presidential contender in 2012 although he has dismissed such talk. Still, the former congressman from Georgia has been keeping a high profile. He's been acting as an adviser to the GOP in Washington on how to fine tune their message.
