Open from 7 AM to 10 PM for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Clem & Ursie's draws in crowds with its popular Happy Hour every day from 3 to 5 PM with $1 shrimp, oysters and clams.
Fresh for this season is Clem & Ursie's ice cream parlor serving up delicious soft-serve frozen custard and fresh made ice cream from a microcreamery, Ice Cream Machine. Homemade donuts are coming soon, and there are plenty of fun sundaes and ice cream sandwiches to tempt your sweet tooth.
Clem & Ursie's is proud to continue the tradition of offering fresh local seafood in an extensive menu of classic preparations as well as native Portuguese delicacies. RECIPE
Mussels in Mustard Sauce
Serves 10, may be used as an appetizer
Ingredients:
2 cups Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 lb. butter
10 lb. mussels
Preparation:
Saut? onion in butter for two minutes. Add mustard, honey and red pepper. Cook another five minutes, and then add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour sauce over mussels generously and cook in steamer for about ten minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
