See Why 'Drag Race' Star Tessa T Was 'The Trade of the Season'

READ TIME: 1 MIN.

When Tessa Testicle appeared on the first edition of "RuPaul's Drag Race Global All Stars" last year, Out Magazine called her "the trade of the season."

Her first Ru-connection came when she appeared on Season 1 of "RuPaul's Drag Race Germany" in 2023. She turned out to be Germany's lip-sync assassin, having to lip-synch three times during the competition. She won three of them, only to fold to Pandora Nox, who went on to win the season.

Many felt she had a "ru-demption" on "Global All Stars" the following year with improved looks, winning Episode 6 the design challenge with her innovative use of materials drawn from creating a cocktail dress using materials from another queen's suitcase. She also only lipsynched once and was the only queen aside from the winner to place higher on "Global All Stars" then they had during their "Drag Race" season.

It was announced earlier this month that she will be part of Season Two of "Slaycation," which is a Canadian reality and non-competitive spin-off series within the "Drag Race" franchise. The series follows several "Drag Race" contestants spending time on a winter vacation.

Tessa derived her name after she first appeared in drag on Halloween, 2016, and experienced a "testicular torsion" incident. It is the stage name of Lorenzo Ciciro, who lives in Bern, Switzerland where he studied fashion design. He also creates content on OnlyFans.

And why "trade of the season?" Check out these pics from Tessa and Ciciro's Instagrams:
