New BikeHike Brazil Adventure Touched by "Twilight" Film

VANCOUVER, B.C. - BikeHike Adventures announces a new Brazilian adventure itinerary set to visit the same filming locations as the major motion picture "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn." The itinerary, Brazil - High Energy Extravaganza, includes hiking, kayaking, and canyoneering amidst the backdrop of the characters Bella and Edward's tropical honeymoon. The film premiers on November 18th, 2011, and will showcase the majestic waterfalls, rich jungles, and enchanting colonial towns of this adventurous itinerary.
Specifically, Breaking Dawn was filmed in Paraty, a charming 17th century heritage town in Brazil. Here travellers are given a chance to hike and mountain bike along a web of trails through rainforest-covered mountains. Other movie locations visited include Mamangua Tropical Fjord, known for its spectacular lookouts, and Taquari Waterfall. Here, travellers rappel down the same waterfall that actors Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart bath in.
Breaking Dawn is the fourth and final installment of the Twilight series based on the novels by American author Stephenie Meyer. This nine day active outdoor adventure allows fans of the movie to step into the shoes of their favorite characters in the most exciting fashion possible.
