Ah, finally, absurdist comedy fans can have their crack and smoke it too with the return of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Season 5.
What's on tap this season at Paddy's Pub? Well the same thing they serve up every season: Danny DiVito and friends ensuing in various hijinx and usually failing miserably albeit hilariously. Last season saw its share of crazy funny episodes, but this season, nothing particularly sticks out. Some crazy situations include a failed road trip, wrestling ridiculousness and attempting to break up a marriage.
The special features always make a Sunny DVD set worth the purchase for fans, and Season 5 is no exception. It's interesting to note that the producers managed to maintain the pace of special features. Here, there's audio commentary on a number of episodes, dating profiles on the game, a Kitten Mittens endless loops, a dream sequence montage, deleted and extended scenes and a blooper reel. For fans, don't miss this season.
