Has Aiden finally forgiven Carrie?

Actor John Corbett confirmed to Page Six Thursday that he will be reprising his role as Carrie Bradshaw's on-again-off-again ex-fiancé Aiden Shaw for the "Sex and the City" reboot "And Just Like That..."

"I'm going to do the show. I think I might be in quite a few [episodes]," he said of the upcoming HBO Max show, adding that the news is "very exciting."

Shaw first appeared as Aiden, a furniture designer, in Season 3 of "Sex and the City." He and Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) eventually get engaged, but things go south when she cheats on him. Nevertheless, the two later reunite and try to make it work until they reach another setback.

It was previously reported that both Chris Noth, who played Mr. Big and Carrie's husband, and David Eigenberg, who played Miranda Hobbes' (Cynthia Nixon) husband Steve, will not be retuning for the 10-episode "Sex and the City" reboot.

Parker, Nixon and Kristin Davis, who played Charlotte York, will return. However, Kim Cattrall will not be back to reprise her iconic Samantha Jones character.
